Why we are sharing this goal

Egypse is a remote technology studio operated from Brazil by YourCode, a company that has built web and software solutions since 2013. Our international focus is already part of how we work: written communication, clear scope, portable ownership, and services designed for growing US businesses.

A US legal presence would be an operational milestone. It can support the way we contract, receive payments, and build long-term relationships in the market we serve. It is not a shortcut to credibility, and we will not describe a registered address as if it were a staffed office. Our credibility still has to come from useful work and responsible delivery.

What the Founding Clients program is

We are opening 20 website project places under the name Egypse Founding Clients. Each participant hires us for a defined professional service and receives a written scope, timeline, deliverables, and ownership terms. The revenue helps fund the next stage of Egypse, but the client is buying a website—not making a contribution.

The introductory price changes as each group of places is filled. Early clients receive the largest reduction because they are choosing to work with us at the beginning of this chapter.

What a founding client receives

The program is built around a focused professional website rather than an unspecified promise. Before either side commits, we review the business, confirm that the project fits the program, and document the exact scope.

Projects that require ecommerce, member accounts, advanced integrations, extensive content migration, or product-like functionality may need a separate proposal. We will explain that before a contract is signed.

How a place is confirmed

A conversation or quote request does not reserve a program price. A place is confirmed only after the scope is approved, the agreement is signed, and the initial payment is received. The applicable price is the price of the group with an available place at that time.

We will keep availability honest and will not manufacture urgency. We may pause new projects when delivery capacity is full, even if places remain, because the quality of current work matters more than filling the program quickly.

Growing through the work itself

There are easier ways to announce an international ambition. We would rather make ours accountable: define a useful service, price it clearly, deliver it well, and reinvest the result in the company we are building.
