Asynchronous by default
Written questions and decisions reduce scheduling delays and preserve context.
How we work
Egypse is operated from Brazil for US-focused clients. Our process is asynchronous by default, senior-led, and designed to keep decisions visible without filling calendars.
International by design
We do not present Egypse as a US company or hide where the team works. Our remote international model combines clear English communication reviewed for tone and context, competitive pricing, careful technical delivery, and a working rhythm that respects both sides.
Email is the primary client channel. A complete project can be discussed, approved, and managed without mandatory meetings. If a client requests a call—or a complex issue will be resolved faster live—we schedule a short, focused conversation and document the decisions afterward.
The engagement
Each stage creates a written record of what was understood, decided, delivered, and still needs attention.
Share the business problem, current process, priorities, and intended outcome through the contact form or email.
We review the request and use focused email questions to understand constraints, systems, risks, and the smallest valuable scope.
Before you decide, you receive a written scope, assumptions, estimated timeline, pricing, responsibilities, and exclusions.
During delivery, progress, questions, decisions, and approvals remain written and easy to revisit. Meetings are optional and used only when they resolve ambiguity faster.
We test, deploy, document, and hand over code, accounts, data, and operational knowledge clearly.
Ongoing support is based on the needs of the system and the business, without artificial dependency.
Written questions and decisions reduce scheduling delays and preserve context.
Experienced people connect business goals, scope, design, and technical decisions.
Reviewable increments replace long silent phases and reveal risk earlier.
Code, data, access, and documentation remain yours and understandable.
Email-first, not call-resistant
