Terms of Use
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Egypse is a brand operated by YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ no. 24.445.700/0001-58. Egypse is not a separate legal entity. Contracts, invoices, tax documents, and payment instructions must identify YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA and CNPJ 24.445.700/0001-58, even when the Egypse brand also appears.
1. Operator and scope
These Terms govern access to egypse.com and its public content. In these Terms, “Egypse,” “YourCode,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, CNPJ 24.445.700/0001-58, operating under the Egypse brand.
These Terms do not by themselves create a software-development, website-development, consulting, support, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or other professional-services relationship. Paid services require a separate written agreement accepted by authorized representatives of both parties.
2. Acceptable website use
You may use this website for lawful business evaluation and communication. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or probe the website, introduce malicious code, misuse contact channels, impersonate another person or company, scrape the website in a manner that impairs its operation, or use our content or brand deceptively or unlawfully.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our systems, our rights, or other users.
3. Website information, estimates, and results
Website content, articles, investment ranges, timelines, examples, and service descriptions are general information. They are not a binding offer, professional advice, warranty, or guarantee. Actual scope, fees, taxes, currency, schedule, dependencies, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and deliverables are established only in an accepted proposal, statement of work, or contract.
We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, revenue, savings, regulatory compliance, uninterrupted operation, or any other commercial outcome unless a signed project agreement expressly states a specific commitment.
4. Inquiries, proposals, and authority
Submitting a form, sending an email, requesting an audit, receiving an automated confirmation, or discussing a project does not obligate either party to proceed. A proposal may be changed or withdrawn before acceptance and is valid only for the period stated in it.
Only a person expressly authorized by YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA may bind the company. Statements in informal messages do not amend an accepted agreement unless the applicable agreement allows that method and an authorized representative confirms the change in writing.
5. Separate project agreements
Every paid engagement must be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or contract. That document should address, as applicable, scope, assumptions, client dependencies, fees, taxes, payment dates, change requests, delivery, acceptance, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, third-party services, warranties, support, suspension, termination, liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.
If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project agreement controls for that project. Website Terms never expand a project warranty, service level, indemnity, or liability commitment beyond what the signed project agreement states.
6. Contracting entity, invoices, and payments
Unless an accepted project agreement expressly identifies another entity, the service provider and billing party is YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, registered under CNPJ 24.445.700/0001-58. Egypse may appear as the commercial brand, but it must not be presented as a separate company, contracting party, taxpayer, or payment beneficiary.
Contracts, proposals, invoices, receipts, tax documents, and payment instructions should use the same legal identity. Fees, currency, taxes, due dates, late-payment consequences, bank charges, and refund or cancellation rules are defined in the applicable project agreement or invoice.
To reduce payment fraud, clients should verify any change to beneficiary, bank, or payment details through [email protected] and the contact named in the signed agreement. We are not responsible for payments sent to an unauthorized account when the payer disregards conflicting identity information or unverified change instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The website, Egypse branding, text, graphics, layout, original editorial content, and other materials created for this website are owned by or licensed to YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No website access transfers those rights.
Clients retain rights in the materials, data, trademarks, and instructions they provide and represent that they have authority to provide and use them. Project deliverables, background technology, reusable know-how, open-source software, third-party materials, licenses, and the timing of any rights transfer are governed by the project agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, no transfer of agreed deliverable rights occurs until all related amounts are paid, and pre-existing tools, methods, libraries, templates, and general know-how remain with their existing owner.
8. Confidentiality and security
The public contact form is intended for initial project information. Do not submit passwords, production credentials, payment-card data, regulated records, trade secrets, or highly sensitive personal information through it. Confidentiality obligations and secure transfer methods for project materials must be established in the applicable project agreement or a separate nondisclosure agreement.
We use reasonable measures to operate and protect the website, but no website, email, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Third-party services and links
The website and future projects may reference or depend on third-party platforms, hosting, APIs, libraries, payment services, analytics, or external links. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms, pricing, availability, security, and privacy practices. Unless a project agreement states otherwise, we do not control or warrant third-party services and are not responsible for changes, outages, or acts outside our reasonable control.
10. Website disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its public content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, accuracy, or results. Some rights cannot legally be excluded; nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Limitation of website liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA and its owners, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or its general content, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption.
Liability for paid project services is not created or enlarged by these website Terms and is governed exclusively by the applicable project agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Your responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement caused by materials you submit, or misrepresentation of your authority or identity. This section does not apply where the loss was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
13. Privacy and electronic communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information submitted through this website is handled. By contacting us electronically, you agree that we may respond and exchange project-related records electronically. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis where applicable.
14. Governing law and disputes
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written notice and reasonable discussion.
Subject to mandatory law and any different forum validly agreed in a project agreement, disputes concerning only this website or these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts at the registered office of YOURCODE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA. Mandatory consumer, data-protection, or other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
15. Changes, severability, and waiver
We may update these Terms prospectively when the website, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Changes do not retroactively amend an accepted project agreement.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
16. Contact
Legal notices and questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected]. Project notices must also follow any notice procedure stated in the applicable signed agreement.
